What you can expect

In Summer 2025 I will be launching an audio e-course titled My Parenting Journey. This course is meant to be a self-reflective, therapeutic aid for caregivers with young children. Although this will not serve as a substitute for family therapy, it will offer an abundance of psychoeducation related to children and their development. The course will be grounded in attachment theory and pull heavily from my training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP).
